5. Intellectual property
All elements making up the Onirelo service (texts, illustrations, visual identity, logos, source code, trademarks) are the exclusive property of E1 or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, whether full or partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
Content written by users (dream entries, notes, personal tags) remains their exclusive property, subject to the licence granted to Onirelo as defined in the Terms of Service.
6. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L. 611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer user may, in the event of a dispute, refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator:
