Terms of sale
Last updated on June 2, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "Sales Terms") govern the paid subscription to the Onirelo service offered by E1 (hereinafter "Onirelo") to any consumer natural person (hereinafter the "Customer") subscribing via https://onirelo.com.
The Sales Terms complement the Terms of Service. In the event of contradiction on any point relating to subscription, billing, payment, termination or the right of withdrawal, the Sales Terms prevail.
2. Seller's identity
The seller is E1, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of €1,000, located at 12 rue Vauban, 69006 Lyon, France, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 935 101 618, represented by its manager Mr Eliott Baylot.
Contact details for any question relating to a subscription: contact@onirelo.com.
3. Description of subscriptions
Onirelo offers several subscription plans giving access to the extended features of the Service (unlimited AI interpretations, advanced statistics, etc.). The exact features, durations and prices of each plan are presented clearly and legibly to the Customer before the order is confirmed, on the Service's subscription page.
The plans currently available include in particular:
- a plan with a paid trial of a defined duration at a reduced price, automatically converting into a standard subscription at the end of the trial period;
- a plan with a free trial of a defined duration, requiring valid payment details at sign-up and automatically converting into a paid subscription at the end of the trial.
Plan currently offered: a 72-hour trial at €0.50, automatically converting, unless cancelled before it ends, into a subscription of €28 billed every 4 weeks (i.e. €7 per week).
The details of each plan (duration, price excluding and including VAT, billing frequency, renewal conditions) are summarised on the subscription page and reminded in the confirmation email sent to the Customer.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) and excluding tax (HT). The VAT applied is the rate in force on the day of the order, determined under the European VAT rules applicable to electronic services supplied to consumers (the OSS "one-stop shop" regime).
Onirelo reserves the right to change its prices at any time. New prices apply only to subscriptions taken out or renewed after they enter into force. Any Customer with an ongoing subscription is informed of a price change at least 30 days before the affected renewal date and may terminate under the conditions set out in article 9.
5. Subscription and contract formation
Taking out a subscription involves the following steps:
- choice of plan on the subscription page;
- detailed order summary (essential features, duration, total price to pay, minimum duration, renewal and termination conditions);
- express acceptance of these Sales Terms and of the Privacy Policy;
- entry of payment details, handled by the provider Stripe;
- final validation by the Customer.
The contract is formed upon order confirmation, materialised by a summary email sent to the Customer.
6. Payment
6.1. Provider
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a licensed payment service provider. Onirelo does not directly store the Customer's payment card data.
6.2. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are listed on the subscription page (Visa, Mastercard and other bank cards, and where applicable Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit).
6.3. Renewal and charges
Unless the Customer cancels under the conditions set out in article 9, the subscription renews automatically at each due date for a period identical to the initial period. The registered payment method is charged at each renewal. A confirmation email is sent after each charge.
6.4. Payment incidents
In the event of a payment failure, Onirelo informs the Customer by email and attempts a new charge over a limited period. Failing payment, access to paid features is suspended and the account returns to the free tier, without deletion of the User Content.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Period
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
7.2. Right preserved during use of the Service
Onirelo has chosen not to ask the Customer to waive their right of withdrawal in order to gain immediate access to the Service. As a result:
- the Customer fully benefits from the 14-day withdrawal period, even if they have used the Service during that period;
- in the event of withdrawal, Onirelo refunds in full the sums paid for the relevant subscription period, with no deduction for use already made.
7.3. How to exercise
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer notifies their decision unambiguously to Onirelo, for example by email at contact@onirelo.com, stating their name, address, date of subscription and the email address linked to the account. The Customer may use the withdrawal form template reproduced in the annex to these Sales Terms.
7.4. Refund
Onirelo refunds the amounts due no later than 14 days following receipt of the withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.
7.5. Trial periods
Trial periods (free or at a reduced rate) do not shorten the right of withdrawal applicable to the paid subscription that follows them: a new 14-day period starts upon the conversion of the trial into a paid subscription.
8. Duration
The subscription is taken out for the initial period specified at sign-up (for example monthly or yearly). It renews automatically for successive periods of equivalent duration, unless cancelled under the conditions set out in article 9.
9. Termination
9.1. By the Customer
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their account management area, free of charge and without having to justify their decision. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund is owed for the subscription period already paid for, subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal set out in article 7.
In accordance with article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, when the fixed-term contract is tacitly renewable, Onirelo informs the Customer in writing, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the term enabling the rejection of the renewal, of the option not to renew the contract.
9.2. By Onirelo
Onirelo may terminate the contract as of right, after formal notice that has remained without effect for 15 days, in the event of a serious breach by the Customer of their obligations (notably fraud, persistent failure to pay, breach of the Terms).
9.3. Effects of termination
Termination ends access to paid features. The deletion of the account and of User Content takes place under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
10. Statutory warranties
The Customer benefits as of right from the statutory warranties applicable to digital content and services, notably:
- the warranty of conformity set out in articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code;
- the warranty against hidden defects.
To rely on any statutory warranty, the Customer may write to contact@onirelo.com describing the observed defect.
11. Consumer mediation and online dispute resolution
In the event of an unresolved dispute after a written complaint, the consumer Customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator in accordance with articles L. 611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. The contact details of the mediator designated by Onirelo appear in the Legal Notice.
The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Sales Terms are subject to French law. Any dispute shall be brought, failing amicable resolution or mediation, before the competent French courts, without prejudice to the right of the consumer Customer to bring proceedings, in accordance with European rules, before the court of their place of domicile.
